"I would like to note that I had the best experience with State Farm insurance in particular the State Farm agent Cielo was very helpful and very understanding and the deal could not have been brokered any better. "They are a disaster, it has gone from bad to worse, vehicles have appeared on my policy that I removed some time ago, they have asked me for photos and documents that I have previously sent, I call to resolve something and they tell me that they will call me back and up to two weeks go by and nothing, I do not recommend it, I am looking for and quoting another insurance company"

I did get a chance to look into your specific case and I found exactly where the miscommunication happened. The person that originally dealt with you is no longer part of my office. I am aware my team member Chris spoke to you multiple times yesterday and provided you with a solution to this matter. Afterwards, we've attempted to get in contact with you multiple times yesterday and today, but we have not been successful. Please contact us at your earliest convenience and once again receive apologies for the confusion from me, my team, and State Farm Company. "

"Really loved my experience purchasing life insurance with Cielo. She broke down my different options. She explained in detail & help clarify all my questions. "Absolutely horrible service. Under no circumstances should this office be considered viable. I literally gave up reporting an accident after multiple tries of emails, phone calls, voicemails, and reporting through the app. State Farm is trash and does not care for their customers. Below you will see their response, stating they dropped my policy due to a claim made in July; the claim was closed due to State Farm’s lack of response to the multiple emails and calls and attempted reporting in the app. They also changed my policy, reinstating an expensive collision coverage on an older vehicle that I had intentionally cancelled, against my will, without notice, and then ignored all calls and emails when I attempted to reverse it; adding over $1000 in annual charges for a vehicle valued at $300, something my original State Farm agent and I agreed was not viable to have part of the policy. No tickets since 2021, which Gisela stated on the phone. And a clear lack of professionalism, as seen below in their response: giving away personal information in a hope that I will remove my review. This office is not to be trusted! Terrible service (except for Gisela). They will add expensive service to your auto plan without notifying you & they will ignore your attempts to change it back! 0/100 stars if possible"

I am aware you just got off the phone with my team member Gisela who proactively called you to explain the frequency of claims and tickets in your account being the reason State Farm is cancelling your policy. I am aware you expressed your dissatisfaction with the way State Farm has handled your claims and coverage changes. We have attempted to service your policy in the best manner possible since your recent transfer to our office in the month of July. Since then the only communication we have had with you has been when you first filed your last claim and you were successfully connected to the State Farm's claim department. We are very sorry State Farm has decided to not renew your auto policy. Please rest assure we have forwarded your dissatisfaction to State Farm so they can look deeper into this matter and thank you for your loyalty. "

"It started out good. I gave this lady a lot of business initially. I insured my 4 vehicles, my home with homeowner’s and I was looking into getting business insurance through them. Now, everything has changed, they never pick up the phone, if they do they are busy and keep me on hold until the call just drops. My premium rates were ok in the beginning, and now they have gone up unjustifiably, the billing is always confusing and there are always extra charges. When I try to resolve with these ladies in the office, they never know what’s going on and are very inefficient to resolve any problems. I would not recommend this office to anyone that’s trying to get insurance. I would say, save the headache and look elsewhere. I’m still a customer, but I’m moving all my business with them to other carriers that truly appreciate a customer like me."

I have also inquired with my team, both male and female representatives, and they do not recall speaking to a Carlos Guevara recently.
